So yesterday I got off my ass - a complete figure of speech meaning went around to a friend's house while my father did all the work for me - and applied to QTAC. I'll hopefully end up in Education, if I play my cards well. But not before I take a gap year and piss all of this scholasticism off for danker, shittier lower level jobs. Speaking of shitty jobs, I really hope my new work shirt comes in soon because my current one disgusts me with how faded and unattractive it is. Oh well, at least I actually have a name badge now. Pathetic, Crazy Clark's. I hate having to work in such a cheap place because I look even cheaper in the horribly unprofessional uniform.. if you can call it that. Not even our registers work properly. Telstra call centre, here I come!
Which prompts me to remember, haha, today's highlight was sticking post-it notes all over my house (quite literally), each saying "INTERNODE PLZ" in an effort to get my father to convert from Telstra to Internode ADSL2+. I'm getting soooo fucking fed up with my current plan, and it's crappy little 12GB monthly quota. Brb, guise, downloading the internet at 128kbps in protest.
So aside from my shitty internet and inadequate employment, I really don't have much to complain about. I've been feeling really gross and nauseous lately, but that could easily be attributed to my retarded sleeping patterns (or lack thereof) and other horribly uniquely-feminine things. Hah. I really want to go to the Little Birdy gig here, but I don't think I'll end up having anybody to go with. Not many of my friends would be interested, I'd say. Ah well. Plus the fact it's at Riverway, lmfao.
Alright, this bores me now. I'm off to play Halo 3 ODST. Pretty sure that game fucking rocks! Minus the atrocious nature of the graphics, mind you. But that can be excused, I suppose, given that I sit so far away from my screen to actually pay much attention to the jags.
My recurrent thought of the day: I love you, John Lennon. I wish you were still here.
H'okay, cyas later.
